Dear all,
The Board has discussed and approved some governance improvements in two recent meetings, on December 9 and January 8. As the governing body for the Wikimedia Foundation, we want to improve our capacity, performance, and representation of the movement’s diversity. We have amended the Bylaws in support of that goal.

Azərbaycan Sovet Ensiklopediyasının bütün cildlərinin bu yaxınlarda internetə yüklənməsindən sonra ruvikidəki {{:ru:Шаблон:АзСЭ}} şablonunu yeniləmişəm, hansı ki, orada o 500-ədək səhifədə istifadə olunur. Həmin şablonda dəyişiklik etdikdən sonra isə 500-dək səhifədə ASE-nin istinat edilən səhifəsinə birbaşa keçid yaranmış oldu. Heç bir problem olmadı, ruvikinin idarəçiləri yoxladılar və dərhal da təsdiq etdilər, heç bir problem olmadı. Amma bu hadisədən 1-2 gün əvvəl azvikidə də eyni işi etmişdim, Toghrul Rahimli dərhal etdiklərimi geri qaytardı. {{ASE}} şablonunun müzakirə səhifəsində söhbət bağlanıb, ona yaxşı iş görmədiyini desəm də, nə cavab verdi, nə də yəyişiklikliklərimi bərpa etdi. Onun bu hərəkətləri vandalizm adlandırmaq olar, ya yox, bilmirəm, qəsdən, bilə-bilə Vikipediya üçün müsbət əhəmiyyəti olan dəyişikliyi geri qaytarıbsa, təbii ki vandalizmdir.
